The Bridge Home

I think that the waste mart man will go looking for Viji, Rukku, Muthu, and Arul again. Based on the text, the waste mart man went looking for them and found them under the bridge. He was mad that they got away so he wanted to catch them. Usually when someone is that determined to find out where someone lives, it means they probably won’t stop untill they suceed.

I think that Viji, Rukku, Muthu, and Arul will make there money entirley from making necklaces. Based on what I read, Rukku made six necklaces and sold them to get a fortune. They even had enough to buy bread, chocolate, chips, murukkus, bone for Kutti, a new shirt for Arul, straw mats, and a balloon. A lot of people liked the necklaces and It gave them a lot of money. I predict that they will keep selling necklaces but then they might have to stop for some reason.

I think Viji and Rukku will go back to the tea shop and stay there with ”Teashop Aunty”. I think this because the auother stated, that the wife working in the teashop told Viji and Rukku to call her Aunty, she felt sorry for them, she was checking if they would be alright, and she gave them food to go. Usually if someone you don’t know is that kind to you, then that probably means the care about to and they don’t just think ” who cares about these kids”.

🤩🤩🤩🤩

I gave this book four stars because the author made you feel like you were there with the characters and you could picture what was happening back then. Some parts were really sad and others (like when Misha met Uri) happy.

My Favorite Character

My favorite character was Uri. He was my favorite character because he kept Misha safe, he gave him a name and a backstory, he gave him a place to stay, and food to eat. He also kept Misha from getting shot or killed.

Favorite Moment

My favorite moment was when Misha met Janina. Before he met Jamina he had know one to hangout with (except Uri) and everything was sad. When he met Jamina he actually started having fun.
